- 0% APR financing available for qualified applicants
- Payment plans up to 24 months for qualified applicants; longer terms may be promoted but are not guaranteed
- 25% down payment may be required
- Homeownership and current mortgage status may be required
All financing terms are subject to change. Final terms are provided upon qualification. Qualification is not guaranteed.

By submitting a financing application, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Application fees are refundable if you do not qualify. If you qualify, the fee may be applied toward your pergola balance. Qualification is not guaranteed.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Pergoloan, you agree to our SMS & Text Messaging Policy, which describes how we obtain consent, the types of messages we send, message frequency, and how to opt out (reply STOP).
